Our Why:

My Hero!

In March of 2022, I established the Harry L. Weir Leaders of Tomorrow Foundation (HLWF). The foundation is named after my late father, my hero. The vision of HLWF is Saving Lives, Making Futures.

Starting at a very young age, and throughout my life, my father instilled in me the importance of a quality education, especially for poor and underrepresented youth.

Focused on Saving Lives, and Making Futures, I am committed to supporting leaders of today, tomorrow, and the future!
